This is an interim notice from RepairOps. It explains who is responsible for your information on Journey Light's online pages and how to reach them.

Who Is Responsible for Your Information

Journey Light uses RepairOps to run its repairs online: appointment booking, repair status, quotes, invoices and messages about your repair. Journey Light decides what information it collects about you and how it uses it, and Journey Light is the one to contact about it.

This is a separate installation of RepairOps for Journey Light, not RepairOps' hosted service.

Text Messages

Appointment texts sent through this service for a booking you made online go out only if you ticked "OK to text me" when you booked, or have agreed to texts from Journey Light in another way.
